Similar to the face, the body also needs scrubbing and exfoliation. Until now if you have not taken it seriously or considered it important to scrub your body, it is high time to start it.

Dry brushing is also a type of harsher scrubbing with a lot of benefits. We gently scrub the body with a dry brush gently, this not only removes the dead skin to the maximum but also improves the circulation of the body.

Things to be considered while scrubbing your body:

  • Start with wet skin, moist the skin with lukewarm water at least 15 prior to beginning with scrubbing.
  • Do it gently, do not use too much force
  • Do not do excess of scrubbing, prefer not to go beyond 3 times a week. I would personally like to add go 2 times a week. Too much scrubbing can irritate your skin and will make it dry

  • The most important do not forget to moisturize after scrubbing
