BERRIES AS SUPERFOODS- Foods that you must include in your diet

Term "SUPERFOODS" is completely misleading, it is solely used for marketing purposes, as no single food is proved as a superfood by the researchers. 
As there is no single food that can provide all the essential bunch of nutrients required to maintain a healthy body. There are foods with some more nutrients as compared to some other foods, so some like them are called Superfoods.
Moreover, superfoods have high nutritional density.
There are a number of foods called superfoods so here I am discussing berries as superfoods that you should include in your diet. 


Berries ( Blueberries, Strawberries, Cranberries, bilberries, blackcurrant berries, goji berries)
These berries contain a huge amount of vitamins, polyunsaturated fatty acids, fibers, and most especially antioxidants.
Berries exhibit anti-inflammatory and antioxidative effects.
